My name is WU XIAOXU and you can call me Effie as my English name. I am born and raised in Shanghai. Before studying in CityU, I worked in a multinational pharmaceutical company in Shanghai as a recruiter. From my personal experience, teamwork is one of the most important skill in our daily work. As an individual contributor, we have to acknowledge the importance of teamwork and embrace different voices. As a team leader, we have to create an effective collaboration environment, to trust and motivate the employees.
